17th day post op, is this swelling normal?

Hi all, had my circumcision done on 14th August due to phimosis. As I have read here there will be swelling etc. But after looking at many others swelling pics before 17 days time, I am concerned that my swelling is not subsiding and healing is not happening. Please look at pic and let me know if this is normal. I am not doing any sea salt bath, doesn't wear underwear, and not putting any bandage after doc said not necessary. And also is it normal for glans to look like this riped??

Thanks for replying, is bruising normal for head?? It happened after I took bath but didn't apply soap to any part of penis but hot water did touch/wet penis. Is that cause for bruising??

Well, I'm no expert, but as it's just a fortnight ago since you had the procedure, I'd say you're doing really well. Penis looking very good. A neat job your surgeon did for you!

Thanks, any suggestions on how to avoid getting hurt by stitches. I want to wear innerwear and pants as my leaves are about to over in 2 days.

Hi! Am I right that you are in the USA? I just wore tight-fitting underpants (I'm from the UK, so hope that makes sense) which held my penis tight against my stomach. That ought to work for you. How is the sensitivity now? Are you still in pain if the glans gets touched? Baths will assist in dissolving the stitches, but follow your doctor's/surgeon's advice. I don't know your age, but don't try to masturbate or have sex for a few more weeks at least. If you're getting frustrated, you'll just have to sit it out!! Good luck!!

I am from India, my doc doesn't give much info when asked multiple times, he just says it will heal over next couple weeks. I m 26, since Indians can wait for sex till marriage so it's not a big problem to wait for 2 months, but I want to go to office riding motorbike hence I want to know how can I make it while wearing pants and boxer type.

The colour of gland surface becomes dark as the skin is removed

No still there's considerable number of stitches, stitches poking out like 2-3 on right underside of head are like thin copper wire. Everytime I walk they collide with balls and it pains.

I am totally confused, due to frenulum still being whitish some here suggested to keep it dry while some suggest to go for sea salt baths.

Note : On 18th day I had shower covering penis with mug, still some water touched penis (I guess both normal water & soap mixed water), on 19th day everything looked fine except head looking more bruised but on 20th night after pee I noticed little blood from frenulum whitish area. Now I am confused whether to take shower or not? Please help.
