Prostatic Artery Embolization

I’m 67 year old and have been suffering with BPH for years. Don’t want to do TURP or lasers. I’m interested in doing PAE. Has anyone had this procedure done. Does it work. I had a cystoscope and the urologist found a medial lobe at the neck of the bladder. Would PAE work if the blockage is located there. The urologist wanted to do laser surgery but I’m scared of the side effects. Don’t want to wear a bag of urine strapped to my leg for the rest of my life. Thanks to anyone who can help
