Park...walk

Not sure if this is quite the right place, but for those of us who want to do some regular exercise but don't want to go crazy here's parkwalk. This is a very social occasion as this link details. There are parkruns all over, you just turn up and walk (or run of course).blog.parkrun.com/uk/2023/10...

good idea! We have something like this in my area. It’s very healthy really. No one literally has to do a gym workout or body exercises to loose, manage weight. These exercises are more for shaping and sculpting the body. Just walking or jogging is good for a healthy body. Ideal us in out middle ages who’ve lost interest in gym workouts.
