Underwent lesser surgery for chronic anal fissure on 27th Feb but still feel pain

Has anyone undergone this surgery. Although I m maintaining hygiene by stiz bath , using strile surgical dressing, ointment antibiotics but still do not feel very comfortable in anus. It feels sort of pressure/discomfort and pain.
