Strange bump/mark on penis - not going away. This bump has been here for over a year. Anyone have an idea on getting rid of this?

Don’t see a mark, but your glans is terribly dry. Consider foreskin restoration.

Is it hard or soft? I have one too but am not worried about it.

The bump is soft and I can move it around so it's on the skin. I guess I'm not too worried, but it's pretty embarrassing - it's pretty obvious in person and I'll try anything to get rid of it...

If you are hugely worried go see your gp. Personally speaking, after a year it is unlikely to be anything to worry about.
