Foreskin a little tight only when fully erect

Hi I’m new to the forum and wanted to see if anyone has experienced this before that can help.

My PCP told me I had mild balinitis and was prescribed Clotrimazole and Hydrocortizone which helped but now my foreskin gets a bit tight when I’m fully erect only and my penis head gets real reddish/purplish, I can fully retract just feels a bit tender on the gland but bearable. Have no pain other than that has anyone experienced this before maybe a remedy or this normal with Balinitis??

Sounds like you doing the right thing. Did the Doc give you a timescale ? If things get worse go back to see Dr, but at the moment all seems normal. Good luck

Thanks, He said just to use the creams for about a week and then lay off of them and let things heal naturally, I’m thinking maybe the steroid cream tightened up the skin a bit and I’ve heard of the stretching method for the foreskin

I think stretching is a popular option, just daily in bath or shower. Definitely worth a try.
