I have been trying hard to research and know the issue with me but i can't really find an answer...i normally have good sex with my partner but recently am having pains when my dick is aroused....and most times it stops arising because of the pain. It seems like the pain is from the veins in the dick. And i do have discharge even when i have treated infection pls i need your advice

Painful erections are not normal. Penile discharge is definitely not normal (unless you are talking about precum).

You really need to go back to the doctor and both you and your partner need full STI screening. No unprotected sex until you have been diagnosed and treated!
