Lack of Prostate Sensation, cause for concern?

Not sure if I should be concerned or not

But I've been experiencing a lack of sensation from what I believe is my prostate?

All I know that I feel a lump around 4 inches in on the upper side (towards the ceiling)

I massage said lump, yet I feel no sensations.

I then used a vibrator built specifically for the prostate, yet again, no sensations. Not sure if this is a cause for concern or not hence why I'm asking

If you have any concerns go straight to your doctor! Have you had any sensation previously? I'm 59 and my experience is that I didn't have much senastion in my prostate until in later life and being the receptive partner - while being intensely intimate and satisfying in lots of ways - wasn't actually that pleasurable. Then suddenly it was. Take it easy and don't force things and if you have any concerns then see your GP.
