Patch on bottom

Hi I’ve got a question about a patch on my top of my bottom where my trouser waist sits it looks like acne and has lumps it’s very rough to touch it’s not itchy or hot to touch. I’ve tried sudocrem but I think I need something stronger

Psoriasis maybe? It doesn't look like acne (spots growing to yellow heads) unless you've picked the spots. Sudocrem is great for babies but maybe you need something more for this?

The OP needs to visit a pharmacist or GP. Dr “men’s health” does not cut the mustard!

In fact I think I'd just go to the GP which is what I meant by 'maybe you need something more...'

You may get a quicker answer from a pharmacist giving the waiting time to see. GPs in many places.

Yeah it’s hard to see anyone these days without filling in an online form waiting for them to respond within 3 days and then get an appointment for 4 months time.

better meet a physician. I had had on my bald scalp un healed acne like thing. Once in a way it used to pain ie when the top layer of the acne gets removed knowingly or unknowingly.

When I went to a dermatologist he had sent a small piecefor biopsy (FNAB) which was identified as SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA INSITU, which surgeon prefers to remove

Fortunately it turned out to be non invasive
