I would go back to your doctor. Find out if there's a nutritionist attached to the practice as greasy soft stools can be caused by your diet or bad fat absorption.
You are a young man, and what you are describing doesn’t seem right, at all. I agree with Man7Cut & OneJoker , you should revisit your doctor. All the best!
Feeling bloated, poor stools, not eating much (what is your calorie intake, do you supplement by snacking?). Heartburn? As the guys have said, back to the drs, get them to help you sort out your diet. If necessary find a different Dr if only for a second opinion. Ask for a full blood test, not just PSA (prostate cancer).
Hi guys I usually have one meal a day dinner time and some time snack after that
I do sometimes have a snack for lunch at work rarely though i do not drink fizzy or coffee mostly drink sugar free juice water or milk
I have suffered with heart burn most of my life they just throw tablets at me
I have expereinced heart palpitations for couple of years now I use to go hospital at the start due to panic thinking my heart is about to explode my body has got use to it now but does not seem right to me still
I have had many bloods done for my liver kidney etc PSA doctor says I am fine but I do not feel it I have even been smoke free for months.
Still finding myself hard to get out of bed I am always bloated look pregnant does not look right and as before my stool is alot softer then when I was younger
Hi. The fact that you're experiencing bloating may mean that your stomach bacteria is out of balance. Try having one of those probiotic drinks or kefir first thing. Because you're introducing something new to your diet it could cause gurgling or wind initially till your body gets used to it. Worth a try maybe
I had the same thing when I was 28 years old, back in 2006. I know it's stressful. I lost a lot of weight. I remembered I lost 40 pounds in two months. I taught that I had rectom cancer. I was checked with three doctors. They told me you don't have anything but losing weight and pein blotting in my left and right belly. I suffered for a long time. I did a rectoscopy; nothing was wrong with me, but I was still having pain that time.
Go do a rectoscopy to make sure nothing is going on in your big intestine. Change your habits and don't listen too much to your body.
The big enemy for that is stress.
Do exercise; don't eat at night.
Drink green rosmay (boil water) first. After the water has boiled, turn off the oven, then put the green rosemary in the boiled water and cover it for two to three hours. After that, drink one cup in the morning empty stomach, one at lunch, and another before bed like tea.
You say that you have had heartburn all your life and now have heart palpitations. You would be well advised to seek referrals to a cardiologist to ensure that your heart is in good order. That will probably start with a 12 lead ECG and may then follow with a 24 hour palpitation test. For your reflux/heartburn issues you will need to see a Gastroenterologist. Top of the test list should include an endoscopy to see if any problems apparent to explain the heartburn and to ensure that you have not developed a condition such as Barrett’s Oesophagus - particularly as you have also been a smoker.
If you get thoughts of ending your life flowing from your thoughts of death, please ring Samaritans or NHS 111 to access your local mental health crisis team.
I have had the quick ecg done but Im never having bad palpitations at the time so never see it maybe because I feel safer when with them I do not know but recently I have more then usual so might be worth trying to get a 24 hour one
I had a real bad one a month ago my heart went funny for like 30 seconds straight was not beating right put me straight on the floor when it happened at work
I have irregular occasions of tachycardia. I recently had a 12 lead ECG and it indicated ectopic beats and some electrical problems. It was done when I was not having an occasion of tachycardia. I was immediately referred to the palpitation clinic iof the local hospital cardiology department.
Have you seen a consultant about your acid reflux?
I wish my doctors took me more seriously just feel like because they think im young its nothing i feel lost I have had no anwsers for anything and no all the doctors have done for years is throw me lazporprazole for the heartburn.
Few other thing i should mention is I have had lumps im both sides under my jaw
I have had ultrasounda they told me it ia not sinister , they have not grown so I agree? Also when I started to get the palpitations and little after I started to get rashes on my feet I thought was due to heat etc but not so sure had a xouple pop up today they are circular and can become itchy
Honestly I feel jist unlucky and cured I also suffer with acne some even cystic
I have a lot going on with my health as well as mental
Me and my partner have 5 kids I am the only working parent running my own company I have always been stressed even when I was young due to school but I aleays overcome that
I have never thought about taking my own life I have always overcome that
But now I worry about my death and what it would cause my family
I did private bloods done at randox and that was primarily done for Lipid particle test. At that time I was in agony when passing stools. I have completed 2 rounds of Antibiotics for HPylori although the problem with my lower digestive tract the infection is still in my bowels. I know need to go for a 3rd round. This infection is particularly difficult to get rid off.
It's worth asking your GP to test for this under the NHS.
