I had an NSTEMI/small heart attack before Christmas and I'm wondering how anyone else who has experienced this dealt with anxiety about how hard to push yourself in exercise? I want to really go for it, but I'm scared as I had tachycardia back in January when I didn't exert myself and had to be ambulanced to A&E. Any experience or advice welcome, thank you
