Post op circumcision

Hi peeps.

My forst post on this forum, Im 29yo and had a circumcision due to tight foreskin,

I'm day 12 post op & doing well, im wearing underwear now and walking around ( admittedly slowly) and the head of my penis is becoming less sensitive so not as uncomfortable as when i 1st wore underwear but the bit where my banjo string was still looks abit sore and is Whats causing the discomfort in the underwear. How's people experiences with healing time and did this take longer to heal than the rest?

Yes this tends to be the slowest to heal I would say by week six you should be able to use it without too much discomfort. I had mine end of Feb and have no issues now. Occasionally it can get a little tender still but put that down to over usage

Thanks for reply I'll be to scared to use it the first time I think, im not gna be using ot for min 8 weeks I reckon thou. Wanting to be fully healed

If you take regular salt baths this will help speed up the healing process. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck with the healing

Salt baths as in just putting salt in your bath? Normal table salt?

Yes normal table salt is fine

WK6 for the frenulum to heal? So you can't have sex or jerk off till then?

Everyone is different. I masterbated gently after week 3 but did not have full sex until week 6. Everyone heals differently and you will know when your ready
