Numbness in the back lat, shoulder and arm.

Hello, on one side of my upper bound, i have a numbness. This has been like this for over a year. I cannot feel my right pec when benching, my right lat when doing a pull exercise for example. Sometimes, I get a pain in my upper trap. I have been the physio etc, but they don't have any form of idea what is could be. I feel like it could be linked to the neck

Why do you think it is linked to the neck?

Because it all most of the right hand side of my body has been effected by it. Could also be something to do with the spine. I honestly don't know, just hoping someone has had a somewhat simliar issue.

I have a trapped nerve in my neck and get numbness in my arms..

My neck sometimes gets pain too, I ease it all by stretching. You might need some kind of scan done to find what the problem is.

I work out too, I stretch well afterwards and it helps a lot. Foam rolling too is really good you should try it, it might ease things for you.

But you need a scan of types to find out what the problem is

Ok, thank you. Just another note, i feel the muscle connecting the neck and shoulders is largely on the side which is numb. I will defintely make use of a foam roller, and try to get a scan. Thank you
