Hi everyone, I'm 18 and it's been about 8 days since I was circumcised (suffering from frenulum breve and phimosis and a month of stretching with cream didnt help). I believe I've healed quite well thus far with only my frenulum side looking a bit swollen and my skin a bit dry. My main concern was that even though my glans is very sensitive now, I feel as though it isn't actually responding to touch. In essence, I feel a sensitive urge when I tap it against my clothes, but when I touch the glans with my finger it simply feels numb. Any other guys know how normal this is/isn't?
Thanks!

Firstly, stretching can take more than a month to start working anyway, you gave up a little too soon i think. And sensitivity loss can happen when circumcised. Try using more lube to see if that helps, or maybe buy some toys to help stimulate yourself.
Thanks for the fast response, I mostly went with it since college was in less than a month and since I'll be doing medicine I don't see myself having too much time, I was gonna try the Man1 Man oil cream.
This is normal. Just leave it alone. Mine was the same. Keep it clean salt water is good and ice if you need it. Do not use oils or anything like it. Be patient good luck. Great decision. Mine is so much better
Mine is the same the first few weeks. Now it's just numb to the feeling of fabrics. Touch is slightly numb, and masturbation with lube on the head does not make much sensation either. I get more pleasure from the shaft.
Sex though feels amazing. Blow jobs feel amazing. Handjobs not really. In comparison to pre-op phimosis. I almost cum too soon now. Overall I was happy with the results. The lady is also happy cause now my penis always smells fresh.
If it is not swelling, then that depends on the neatness that your doc cuts you. I was fortunate that my doc did a neat job with mine, it was quite even throughout. Check with another doc and see if the cut was done neatly. I don't see how that will impact you physiologically, but it might annoy some aesthetically. But to most girls, as long as it's hard, doesn't smell, looks clean, and u know how to use it, they have no problem with it.
Hey I’ve had my circumcision last Tuesday and I’ve got the same problem as well. But As it started healing, I could tap and touch some spots that are dried on the glands this morning. I’m pretty young tho so It heals a lot faster since I’m a younger guy and for you, I would wait and let it heal for 1 or 2 weeks and try tapping or touching it every 2 or 3 days just to make sure it is progressing and healing as you go through your recovery.
