I suffer from migraines, I have about 2 to 3 migraines every month, and whenever I feel I’m about to get one, I take one pill of ibuprofen 200 mg, I haven’t done it always, only for a 3 months.
What is the possibility that I have done serious damage to my stomach?

If you have only taken them in accordance with the instructions for short periods of time then you are unlikely to have caused serious damage to your stomach. Obviously if you get stomach symptoms then you should see your doctor. Here is our NHS guidance on migraine: nhs.uk/conditions/migraine/
I have bouts of aura which, if I don't take Migraleve Pink, will develop into full-blown classic flashing lights, near blindness, pain and vomiting followed by a need to rest in a dark room for at least a day. One Migraleve Pink stops all this developing within 20 minutes if I catch it early. This occurs every couple of years daily for a week or so then passes. If it does things to my stomach I'd feel it's worth it to stop the whole episode disabling me and disrupting my whole day! From what you describe, I'd say if the Ibuprofen works, don't fret about it!
