Groin & Scrotal pain

I get these groin & testicle pains especially on my right testicle, it moves up a little bi t usually after staying for at least 3weeks without sex, this rarely happens when i get intimante more often. I also experience nausea sometimes not sure if this is related please help.

I also suffer testicles pain when not had sex for long time .

If I have intercourse, or even if I masturbate, this pain goes away !!

But , for groin pain , its different. You must go for a test : Sonography of groin , testis . You can have a Hernia.

The test will hardly cost Rs.1500 . Thats 20 USD.
