Over the last few weeks I’ve been getting random pains below the waist that seem to come and go. I also occasionally have sharp pains after urinating that normally go away after 30 min.
I’m also a virgin so I have been thinking about speaking to my gp.
Any advice would be really appreciated

Your best course of action would be to speak to your GP as you were thinking of doing. There can be so many reasons for groin pain. Hope all goes well.
Sounds like it might be a sacral injury from posture. What's your lifestyle like? Any lower back pain or injuries in the past? Where are the locations of pain presenting themselves?
The location of my pains is mainly on the left side of my groin, about half an inch down from my waist. Recently (due to lockdown) I’ve not been doing much physical activity and I haven’t had any back pain so I don’t think it’s a muscle injury
