I had the snip a couple of years ago and notice my orgasms were getting weaker.
About 8 months ago one of my testicles became very sore and swollen. The doctor prescribed so anti biotics and the pain and swelling went a few weeks later I felt a lump and was sent for a scan, which they said were veins.
Now I can feel the veins but they are very hard lumpy.
When I masturbate I get the build up to an orgasm to the point of ejaculation but only a small amount of semen comes out and it feels like my ejaculation is being constricted and denied. This leaves me very sexually frustrated as its impossible to have a proper orgasm. Furthermore, my semen continues to leak out slowly for about an hour.
I dont know how to tell the doctor about this, are there anyone who can give me advice,

Try drinking a pint of water an hour before, it will help increase the seminal fluid. If youre over 50 get your prostate tested, there may be some pressure preventing the tubes working effectively. And tweek your diet. Good luck !
That too, I feel like I have low testosterone, the mind is willing but the old boy down there is weak, I tried the blue pills, but they had little effect, I have been prescribed injections and they work a bit but i think i need a stronger dose. I can get to the point of orgasm with a semi but as i said when i get to the point of cuming it all a huge let down, I get a dribble at first then I leak for ages and my scrotum feel like its holding the rest of my semen. But I dont know if I can explain everything to my doctor or even my wife. I'm getting very depressed about it.
At 54, should I give up on sex and masturbation after having a full and fulfilling sex life. I certainly hope not
Do not be ashamed to talk to your doctor. This is your health and doctors help us take control of our health and wellbeing. A fulfilling sex life is part of that. You may be better off visiting a urologist over a general practitioner.
Thanks, I went to the urologist and she prescribed the injections when I first had E.D problems, she gave me viagra, then a pump then the injections, but left me so embarrassed as I had to drop my pants in front of her, she was a bit cynical because I couldnt see my penis because I was overweight, and she said how are you going to be able to see where to inject into your penis? I said I could get a mirror or my wife would do it. She got a mirror but I couldnt coordinate the injection so she had to do it, but I felt she was reluctant to do it, she left the room and told me to have a play with 'it" and she would be back in ten minutes! When she came back, she felt my penis and gave it a bit of a squeeze and i was semi/hard but she said it would be better in a non clinical environment, then told me to get dressed, gave me my prescription and when I asked when I would have to come back she told me that she was discharging me.
I actually saw her about 2 hours later in Tescos with what appeared to be her 20ish daughter and as she acknowledged me as I was leaving I turned around and they were giggling together, I was probably being paranoid but I thought it was about me.
That's why I came on here to get advice, I hoped someone may have had the same symptoms or a medical person may help
Another reason I'm reluctant to go to my GP surgery is that the person that deals with male problems is an ambulatory nurse who is an old drinking pal of mine and the thought of having to discuss this problem with him fills me with dread
Too much testosterone can increase hemoglobin, so your doctor should monitor your intake. It can also shrink your testicles. If you get a good balance, erectile function should return. A low dose ED drug as well should get you back in action. Try Cialis and Levitra in low doses to test your tolerance.
If you're circumcised, that could be a factor too. Those cut as infants often suffer such loss of sensitivity that orgasm can't be reached, eventually causing psycho-somatically induced ED. Foreskin restoration can restore much of that loss. Work with your doctor on getting hormonal balance first.
Thanks for your info, I also tried cialis, did nothing for me. I am uncircumcised, however, when I was able to get a full erection my forescin was very tight, often leaving me very sore after sex or masturbating and sometimes my foreskin would split!
It's fixable. Right now you just need the right combination of things. Get your blood tested to get testosterone and hemoglobin counts so your urologist can determine any hormonal needs. The tightness is a simple do-it-yourself fix with frequent, short stretching exercises. If cracking occurs, generally there is yeast present. Avoiding soap and a short period of treatment of Clotrimazole takes care of it. Your dr can prescribe other treatments. I would run if he suggests cutting of any kind. Once your erectile issues are solved, remaining intact will ensure your highest sensitivity to trigger orgasms.
Circumcision isn't related to production of semen. You could be dehydrated. Any obstructions you suspect should be investigated by examination through a scope inserted into your urethra.
