Last week in rugby I got tackled and when going down a guy was in front of me running and I got kneed in the temple. I had a quite a few headaches/dizziness/lightheadedness but they went away pretty fast. But today a week past and everytime I stand I get lightheaded and dizziness and it doesnt go away and I feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm going hospital later on but should I really?

Hi, yes definitely get checked

Uhhhh, Hell Yeah. A blow to the head is nothing to dismiss lightly no matter how it happened. Your brain is covered in bone for protection it doesn't stop your gray matter from slamming inside your skull. Strange others around you didn't make you go see a doctor too. It will also help any lingering fears you may be thinking up.

Get it checked out.
