Can anyone tell me what a small painful white lump is under my penis tip? It started as a small hole under my tip and then turned into a small white lump. Everytime I tap it a bit it hurts and im scared what that might be. If anyone has ever experienced that please tell me if you have an idea what it is. I have a theory that it might be because of excesive masturbation but I don't think thats it

Hi, you should have it checked with your GP it could be an infection. Any time you have a problem down there it should be checked out. Can you retract your foreskin fully?

I noticed it after my stitchess fell of after my circumcision surgery. I still have it. I am 13 days post surgery, it feels bit painful to touch. But it is going away as it heals. Maybe you couldve handled your penis rough like pillowing or laying on you back while watching porn. Give it some time and rest. It will heal. I hope you wouldve got better in last 3 days.
