Penis issue with pictures

I had a small flesh colored lump on the shaft of my penis, and it has now gotten pretty big and noticeable. I squeezed it being stupid and it had a light yellow discharge followed by light red. Any ideas guys? It feels like a giant zit, very hard under the skin and slightly uncomfortable throughout the day. Any chance it's an std or sti. Should I be worried?

I'm no expert, but I think it is just like you said, a giant zit. For best results, see a dermatologist. My guess is she'll sterilize the area, numb it, make a small slit to drain it, then inject the area with antibiotic. The problem will be gone instantly. Cheers! - Jeremy, Medibation.com

Looks like a cyst, collection of sweat and skin secretions that has gotten clogged up and is now collecting. A visit to the dermatologist should be a quick enough, although quite uncomfortable and somewhat disgusting (the stuff that will come out) visit but other than that should be fine. That would be my first stop. Good luck.

Yeah I agree, looks like a cyst or a blocked sebaceous gland. It looks like u shave, I do too. I’ve had these blocked glands as a result of shaving but never as bad as that, I wonder if urs is infected? Will probs needs some antibiotic cover to help take the swelling down

If you've been shaving that area, you probably developed an ingrown hair. See your doctor for clarity and treatment.

Looks like an insect bite or a staph infection or a boil

From the pic it looks like you shave. I used to shave and I experienced an ingrown hair that caused a pimple like that too. It took about a month for it to go away after I finally popped it. It was painful though. If it hasn't gone away, you should have it checked out.
