Small lump on penis

For my entire life (21 y.o.), as far as I can remember I've had a raised pale lump on my penis. It is benign (I think) and isn't extra sensitive compared to the rest of the penis.

It is located just below the frenulum on the underside of the shaft, 4mm in diameter and about 2mm high. It is pale, an off-white colour. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas? It has a very smooth texture and is firm without being hard

If you had it your whole life probably nothing to worry about, maybe a cyst or gristle.

Always best to consult Dr just in case.
