Had them for some years ago (maybe always had) They never itch or anything. I have never had unprotected sex. Any ideas?

I have pretty much the same bumps near the foreskin, any help?

From what I have found they are called pearly pupils or something like that and they are kind of like sweat glands

It looks like penile papules to me. If these bumps cause you stress, embarrassment, or anxiety, come to the doctor for permanent removal.

I have the same small bumps too, never caused me a problem 👍🏽

I have these too but never cause me a problem like someone said if it’s a problem that bothers you your doctors will be able to direct you to the best solution
