Hi
I know the scrotum shrinks in the cold but I didn't think it was that cold today yet it shrivelled up and caused my right testicle to ascend. This made it uncomfortable and little painful to walk. Once I got home the testicle came back down again. This happens to me now and again and it always seems to be the right testicle. It's frustrating because when the testicle comes back down, it is quite tender.
I also get bouts of Epididymitis every year or so which sometimes goes away with antibiotics or by itself. Only on the right testicle.
As a child I suffered from yeast infections in the right testicle area but this seems to have vanished and I haven't had this in around 10 years.
My GP just said this kind of thing can happen and to go to urologist if it gets too bad. I don't know what they can do though and I don't want an operation. It seems a lot of testicle related issues still aren't fully understood.
I don't know if stress is a factor. I am a little stressed at the moment which has resulted in me having an upset stomach.
Any ideas?
