I'd masturbated once a day in 4 days then I stopped for 2 then after that I masturbated and suddenly my right testicle hurts so bad that it was a bit hard to stand up. I didn't know what to do so I just went to sleep and the next day it didn't hurt so bad but there's a little sting that wont go away.

Unexplained testicle pain isn't something to be guessed at...it could be a torsion (although, masturbation is rarely a cause), but that can only be diagnosed by your GP.

I checked if it was twisted but i don't think it is it felt fine after 2 days

I havent actually went to a GP ill have to ask my dad about it but it'll take him a long time to think about it :<

Sometimes it can happen depending on how vigorously you masturbate,the position your in and how freely your balls hang and tighten up when you cum, it can sometimes happen several times in a row then not again for ages so I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets worse ordoesn't go away but try to be aware of when it does happen and maybe modify your masturbation technique etc see if that helps
