I'm not sure how long I'll have to take diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill to get a cure for my epididymitis, does anyone know about this? I've taken one course already and it seems my condition has improved a lot, no testicle pain anymore and just some lump are still there. But I don't know how long it'll take for me to get rid of those lumps.

Diuretics are not a treatment for epididymitis. The lumps could be normal ( cysts ) did you have sti testing ??
