I’m 14 and I have a peice of skin connected to the head of my penis and I don’t really know what to do. I can’t pull my foreskin back when it’s erect because it feels really tight but I can pull it back when I’m not erect. Can someone please give me some advise

I’m 14 and I have a peice of skin connected to the head of my penis can I have some advice
Is it on the back or the side of the head
Lots of similar posts on here, general opinion is it is not unusual. I would advise gentle stretching whilst in the bath or shower. Not being able to pull back should not cause you any problems, I was well into my twenties and even then it was not all the time when having sex. Like with anything, if it causing you real concern or pain, go see your Dr.
The skin is very likely your frenulum. Check it out. It is normal but should not prevent you retracting your foreskin unless it’s shorter than normal. This is sometimes the case. In which case either gentle stretching can help, or in some cases a simple medical procedure is required to loosen it. In any case if you’re worried have a chat with your dad and go see your doctor. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about.
Hi I was well in to my twenties before I stop having problems pulling my foreskin back fully. Unfortunately any stretching process you try will take time for it to work and it normally does the trick nicely. You must always do it in the bath or shower as the water does help the skin stretch. I would also speak with your dad as I’m sure he will be able to advise you better. But the stretching worked for me. So I would advise you to give that a try.
The frenulum is a weblike piece of tissue right below the pee hole connecting to the foreskin.
You can make the opening larger by applying tension. Put in two finger tips and pull apart. Pull and release repeatedly for five minutes, four times per day.
If it is on the bottom, it is most likely the frenulum. It may stretch on it’s own, but if not, check with your doctor. There are procedures to lengthen the frenulum or it can be removed if it continues to be a problem. Circumcision would also be a solution if you desired it.
cut it off
If we can see maybe then we can tell you more about it.
