no ejaculation in sex and masterbating also

I am 61, Two months back I was suffering from Urinary track infection. I checked with doctor my prostate are enlarged to 48 mm and docter suggested for operation. In the men time I undergone engioplasty and heavy blood loss after engioplasty. It was because of blood leakage from wound in annel due to prostrate biopsy. My himoglobin went to 7 this is one month back.

Now I am facing above problem. No ejaculation after sex or handjob also.

Before two months back I had no problem of ejaculation.
