Dead after the first act

I can get it up but after ejaculation its completely dead and only after a certain time it comes back to life but thats already too late if u know what i mean

Any advice or anyoane knows what might be the problem

What you describe is completely normal. Whether your ejaculation is produced by masturbation or in the act of sexual intercourse, the result will be the same - your penis will be flaccid (limp) for some time before you can achieve a satisfactory erection. This is because it takes many minutes (sometimes up to a day) before semen containing fresh sperm develops.

Maybe you have to be in regular sex, then maybe you can last longer 1st time
