I can get it up but after ejaculation its completely dead and only after a certain time it comes back to life but thats already too late if u know what i mean

What you describe is completely normal. Whether your ejaculation is produced by masturbation or in the act of sexual intercourse, the result will be the same - your penis will be flaccid (limp) for some time before you can achieve a satisfactory erection. This is because it takes many minutes (sometimes up to a day) before semen containing fresh sperm develops.
If you try to masurbate or have sex shortly after ejaculation, nature kicks in to stop you. Your glans (penis head) will be VERY sensitive - even painfully so - at the mere touch of finger or even clothing. This will make you recoil - believe me! Maybe you have to be in regular sex, then maybe you can last longer 1st time
