Apparently it’s normal and many men go through this. I was told it would go away and that it was a broken blood vessel. Restrain from sex for a week or so to let it heal.

It's not normal and tbh with someone like this none of us on here can give you good advice or reassure you mate, you need to go the the doctor's and get it checked out immediately

Depending on your age, it could be an infection in the prostate. Do you have any pelvic pain, swelling? Urinary issues?
