Possibly phimosis?

So im 18 year old and i just came back from my girlfriends where we had sex, and when i looked at my half an hour ago i noticed an air-filled bubble right under the tip of the penis.

I've done some research and i think its phimosis but it doesnt hurt or anything.

Can anyone confirm this and/or give me advice on how to treat this myself?
