Phimosis, Ballinihtus cure

Hi everyone just had to post this. I suffered from this for 6 years, no let up, sore and sex impossible . I tried every cream and then had the circumcision but still no better

3 months ago I set on a course to reverse diabetes, I cut out sugar on nearly everything I could just to avoid going onto injections and hey presto my Ballinihtus cleared completely. Now like a rampant rabbit at age 65 😂 Don’t give up , don’t need to use anything just cut out sugar wherever you can and hopefully you will be amazed. It’s that which breeds the fungus

Good luck everyone

Well done, Marsh_all! That's a fantastic achievement!! But please do remember it's not just sugar that's your enemy when a diabetic, it's also the simple carbohydrates, such as bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. The body converts those into glucose very readily and easily, and will cause spikes in your blood glucose levels. Obviously there's far, far more to it than that - and I'm no expert - but please do check the carbs of the foods you consume, rather than just the '%ge of which are sugars' line you find on the table of nutritional values (usually found on the reverse of our food items) - here in the UK at least. Keep up the good work!!

thanks appreciated, I lost 4 stone and kept an eye on carbs but reducing sugar was my main goal and after 6 years loads of diets it finally worked . Just hope it is an extra focus for some readers 👍

That's utterly fantastic!! I am sure you must be feeling a whole heap better for that weight loss in so many ways. Has it significantly affected your blood pressure? I'm type 2 and have been attempting a low-carb diet for the past two and a half months and have lost two stones so far, and I'm aiming to lose the same again. Your story is inspirational! All good wishes,

that’s fantastic well done, I feel so much better, more energy, everything heals quicker and works properly 😂 my friend was depressed last week who also is diabetic 2 as his visit to the nurse resulted in being told all the things he can’t eat , so I produced a list of everything you can , lot more positive 😉

The power of the mind and determination is so powerful , I set myself a 3 month goal when they said I may have to go on injections and it worked but now I can’t face sweet things . 👍

Thank you very much; that's most kind of you. The benefits of knocking sugar on the head are legion; it is very destructive. It's interesting to read that you are seeing an improvement in your healing rates, and the inevitable benefit to your nerves and eyesight is beyond price.

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend, but your approach is the one to follow. It's easy to become depressed if you constantly look over your shoulder at the things you could do before but can no longer; that's futile - unless you know you can overcome the problem. Far, far better to have your approach, and see what you can now do, concentrate on that, and who knows, maybe discover a range of new activities, different foods, etc, etc. and move forwards, albeit in a different direction. I wish your friend all the best, and hope he can be as strong-willed as you have been - and continue to be. You must doubtless be an inspiration to him.

All the very best!!
