Reoccur Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

Hi All there, I am 50 years old man and having re occurrence of Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis (as diagnosed and concluded by a urologist). The problem burden me almost average once a year (come and go) and every time last for 2-3months or more. My semen and urine tested with negative. I had done a CT scan and Cystoscopy, and the Cystoscopy just found a inflammation on the prostate area. My symptom is felt a pain on the penis (like in UT), the cutting wound pain just after urination, this pain will last for 2-3 hours, but totally no pain or pressure during urination (smooth) and no urgency urination symptom also either day or night time.

I have been given a medications 1. Antibiotic- Cravit 500mg 2. Alpha Blocker and taken for more than 20days, but seems there are no sign of improvement. I like to share my experience and hope someone has had same symptom, solution to share too. Thanks!
