Circumcision healing

Hi guys,

Just a bit of an update and advice wanted.

Does this look normal for post of day 16?

Still multiple stitches in I can’t really distinguish how many are in look a bit of a mess but do you think it’s healing normally? A couple of stitches have started bleeding and are quite deeply embedded into my skin should I just leave them? I may have been trying to get them loose too quickly.

I have been putting vasoline on the wound every day should I continue this or stop so it drys out? I have seen conflicting theories about this.

Hey buddy. I am in the same boat. Don’t know if it is better to air it out or to our ointment on it.

I tried ointment for a while didn’t really do much good I’m now taking some antibiotics for 7 days and hoping it helps my situation and I also let it air out as of now.

Also do you also have white patches that oozes some liquids sometimes like white or yellowish liquid?

I don’t think it’s pus or maybe it is I don’t know. I hope the antibiotics helps and speeds up my healing I’m so over this whole shit.

Going on day 14 (2 weeks) tomorrow so it’s getting old.. anyway I hope we get some answers but I think it’s better to let it air out.

Also the swelling is normal I think it takes a while for it to go. I also have some swelling still and even have hard Hematomas and bruises so I think it just freaking takes time!!

Hi guys whether it’s useful to you too or not, I had a fair few stitches left at this stage, fragrance free Vaseline and salt baths are key to helping the process and helping them smoothly dissolve and not feel tight when they’ve done their job

Wait for few days .Stitches will be absorbed and peel off .Then it will look fresh
