hi for a quiet few months i didnt pull my foreskinf back for some reasons and now it seems to be hard to pull it back, any advice what can help me with that? i had that problem few times in my life im still thinking about getting my ting circumcised but im not motivated enough to go and see my gp

You should consult with a dermatologist to get some steroid creams to loosen the skin and if that doesn’t work, circumcision is the only option as you do not want your phimosis condition to get worse.

Some people would also advice some stretching techniques but those are painful and time consuming and shortcuts before the real cut.

can i get some steroid creams anywhere without presctiption and seeing the doctor?

Your GP could prescribe it to you because yes you do need a prescription.. good luck!!

Thats not true, steroid creams are not a fix without stretching and it cures a lot of cases of phimosis. Especially if your younger.

I would try gentle stretching of the foreskin your Doc' may give you steroid cream to help.

In my opinion circumcision should be a last resort.
