Foreskin problem

Ok so kinda long story, basically I found a piece of skin underneath my foreskin, attached to the top of the head that shouldn’t be there, so we went to the doctor to check it out, and she said to try this cream that would loosen the skin and, hopefully make it go away. Well least to say I tried it for over a month, the skin got a little smaller and I got a big infection that led to dry, white flaky skin on the head. I stopped using it, and after a while the flakes went away. I went back to the doctor, and she suggested some other cream, but I wasn’t willing to try anymore of it. So after all of that, ever since then in the shower I have been pulling back foreskin as far and hard as I can go to try to rip the skin, and have been cleaning with the water. But in the last week I have developed a really dry head under the foreskin that is sore to pull back sometimes, and yellow flaky skin purely at the very start of where the forskin meets the head (on the forskin). It is quite sore there, and I don’t know what to do, haven’t been to doctor since

Gentle stretching over time should do the trick. Do not rush and do not be to severe.

Ok so I noticed last night, that it was much easier to pull back foreskin, and I haven’t done anything or made any changes for that to happen, the head on penis is just like normal and not sore, and I also noticed that the piece of skin that was attached is gone for any reason, except that flaky yellow skin is still there. I am going to a surgeon this week to see what they think, and I am thinking about just leaving it at this point, and just seeing how to fix the flaky skin

I won’t be having any surgery unless the surgeon says so, but at this point I’m just seeing what the surgeon thinks
