Had a partial circumcision , please help !

i had a partial circumcision about a week ago, had lots of stitches as a result of the partial circumcision ( partial as in the whole foreskin isnt gone , half of it is still there , i opted for this ), am feeling very sensitive lately , a small brush of the penis with clothes itself is making me shiver , has lot of swelling mostly on the remaining foreskin and the area under , had the stitches removed today exactly 6 days from the surgery, have a frenulum like thing under the head on the right side , it looks like a clitoris LOL , kindah ugly looking.

now my questions are

the rest of remaining foreskin looks a lot now and i doc said some small stitches are there under the skin fold which will go off eventually while bathing and all ,

i feel a little bit of pain while unsheathing the rest of foreskin , is this normal ?

also i tried getting an erection , its getting big , but not as big as it used to and pain is there so will it return to its formal big self

will the frenulum/clitoris like ugly thing go away and is it becoz of swelling its like that ?

heard that the high sensitivity of penis brushing against clothes and all will fade away

but will it also take away the pleasure i used to feel ?

will i feel more better in sex / orgasm from now on or lessser good ?

please do help

It is still early days and you want to be avoiding erections. They will hurt. You need the healing process to work before worrying about what may be. Keeping it still will reduce pain.

As for sex, the feeling will be different. Better or worse ? That is for you to decide.

My stitches wear disolvable and went in about a week. The pain from an erection is normal at this stage, but if you really worried go back to your Doc or see another if possible.
