Small white bumpy dry spots on inside of foreskin near the head of penis

Some days they're more visible than others but always there. They feel bumpy and really there are a lot more than what shows up in the images. Some are kind of indivdual some are are in lines or grouped up further around the underside of my penis.

What are these due to? I know it is not an STI or STD. They just look so horrible and it always makes me anxious and worried when it comes to being intimate with someone.
