Basically, my penis is pretty normal, apart from the fact that my foreskin doesn’t retract over the penis head, like barely at all. I’ve tried stretching the skin over a few months but still nothing. It stops me from sexual activity as it begins to hurt when pulled back when erect. Do I just go to my GP or can I go to a specialist about this?

Depends on the system in your country. A GP won't be doing anything with your penis, so unless you need a referral from your GP, go straight to a urologist.
Good luck,
