There is lot of reasons why this can happen so it’s hard to tell without practical medical tests but u can expect pills , sport program , diet program with more fish and omega stuff that help alittle , if u are obese then u will have to lose some wight also all this factors and more depends on what is the case but that is what to expect
Hope this answer ur question I’m not doctor at the end
Hi. I have low testosterone - secondary hypogonadism. One of the possible causes of the condition is a pituitary gland problem including a pituitary tumour. I was eventually put on 11 weekly testosterone replacement injections which I will be on for the rest of my life to avoid osteoporosis. My journey included a lot of blood work, looking at both testosterone levels but also at the levels of prolactin and cortisol, an MRI of the pituitary gland, which did not detect a tumour but that the gland was smaller than it should be and a Dexa scan to check my bone density (that was normal).
Hopefully your endocrinologist will get you properly diagnosed and any treatment initiated. Feel free to let me know if I can help further.
