Help Me. Phimosis worries me a lot.

I am 16 years old boy. My foreskin is too tight and it doesn't pull back even a bit. I don't know what caused it but I really want to get rid of it. Even my penis doesn't erect much just because my foreskin tightens and I'm not able to have a complete hard erection. I really want to get rid of it. Please, any suggestions to get rid of it naturally? Thanks.
