I feel no pleasure from orgasm which is causing me a little stress as I can ejaculate normally. I'm getting pain in my perineum and sometimes I feel like there is a leak there. It's hard to explain but I keep getting like a shooting tickle sensation there which also travels to the penis and just like a dull ache which I wouldn't say is that painful but it's very annoying. I'm also struggling to pass urine and when I do I don't feel like I'm emptying my bladder completely. This is worse when I have a full bladder. You need to go to a doctor asap for tests whether you want to or not. How old are you?
You need to have some tests including having your prostate checked, PSA level (blood test) maybe a urine test also. I had all the tests myself, and also a camera down my penis twice into my bladder (you won't have to) for another issue which was awful but I had to have it so I did it. This could save your life. Don't wait.
Oh and I meant to say it's harder to pee when my bowels are full not my bladder.

I have to agree with the advice you have been given. Go see a doctor. The forum is not in a position to diagnose or to even hazard what would only be a guess on the seriousness of your situation. A lot of problems for men are caused by them not seeking appropriate and timely medical advice.

You def need scans, could even be a spinal nerve that's trapped ??? Dr will sort it out. Let us all know how you get on.
The procedure mentioned is a cystoscopy where they will check your bladder and prostrate under a general anaesthesia. You may also have some sort of infection or UTI which may need antibiotics to clear. You may also need an ultrasound of your scrotum, bladder and kidneys, as well as having to pull down your pants and underwear so the doctor can physically check your penis, so don’t be shocked or embarrassed if they ask you to do this they are professionals.

Trust me i think there's something wrong with me, but I still get all my medical things done even though I know my little friend is going to embarrass me.

we are all private people... get checked and forget about the embarrassment! In my 20's i was at a University hospital and i had a full class checking my scrotum... THAT was really embarrassing (10-12 students in their 20's too!...

Mate you need to visit the Dr don’t worry or be embarrassed they have seen it all before and after all it’s only a knob. At 28 the Prostate shouldn’t be the issue but it’s always worth checking it out.
As you get older passing urine during a bowel movement is less the norm with the prostate getting larger and it restricts the pipes.
I suffered with pain in my Balls after sex for years and finally booked an appointment with a Male Dr and on the day he was off and I got a female Dr I explained the issue rather embarrassed and she completed a full examination of my Cock and Balls and after finding nothing she did a finger exam of the prostate which was also ok.
She give me a treatment to try and made another appointment to see her in 2 weeks when she did it all again.
Soon after I had an appointment for an ultrasound which was also a female nurse and a female technician who made me a ease with a joke or two. The pain turned out to be a hernia and was transferred pain.
My point is you life is more important that a red face (unjustified as I said it only a cock) so go get it checked and put your mind at ease.
