worried about my penis

hi im 21 i woke up recently to noticing blood coming from my penis after waking up to laying on my erected penis . 3 maybe 4 weeks ago the same thing happened and then it stopped and now the samething again A friend of mine told me it cause I fractured my penis or ruptured something but I'm not sure what it is . I haven’t been sexually active in the past 3 months at all and I want to know if this is normal and what I can do to make it better and what I should be doing that I might be doing wrong ..

How much bleeding are we talking about? Though I need to make clear that NO BLEEDING from your penis is normal and should deffo be looked at, if its minor bleeding it could be scaring or tearing of sorts going on. If it is more bleeding, as in from your urethra hole or any other part you should get it checked ASAP as that could be something more serious that might require immediate attention.

All I can say is make an appointment with your urologist as soon as possible to get it checked out as any sort of bleeding from the penis needs to be looked at.
