*CANCER WORRIED* Is my penis normal? (picture warning)

So, I’ve noticed that my gland color seems discolored and has little dots in its “borders” and also in the skin. It has been like this for about 5 years, and 5 years ago I didn’t use to have the best hygiene. I’m uncircumcised and worried about it.

Thank you, what a relief! I was really worried because all the penises I’ve seen looked way more colored, soft, and didn’t have those dots. Got cancer worried because I thought mine was discolored. Well, guess that everybody has their own, unique one. (and sorry for my bad English)

I have exactly the same. Mine have come and gone over the past ten years. I have them at the moment. I believe the ones on the glans are penile pepules and the ones on the shaft skin are sebaceous cysts. From my understanding they're benign and nothing to worry about.
