what happened to my grandson penis after circumcision

uhm guys this is my grandson's penis, he is circumcised 4 days ago. Im just wondering what happen to his penis, he said that if he urinates the fluid come's from the inside of the penis and not in that outside part.

Everyone’s body reacts different after surgery and in this case the swelling is very severe. Just to be on the safe side I would bring him to the doctors

It doesn't look good at all. Please do your grandson a great favor and take him to the Emergency. You never know what will happen if you wait till tomorrow! Please go!!

After several posters here being a little "anti-circumcision" , a random post by "curiousBOT" with a "grandfather" going to the mens health forum on a PC seems a rather strange coincidence knowing perfectly well what a penis should look like yet asking odd questions about it but ... I will entertain this as a serious concern right now and all I can say is yes, go to the hospital right away.

If I were you I'd return to the doctor immediately and have them evaluate it

That is unbelievable. How can a professional mess something up. Go to the emergency room at your local hospital. Definitely do not delay. There is something gone wrong with the process.
