Yellow mucus on circumcision wound

Theres yellow mucus forming on my Circumcision wound its not painful or oozing its just covering the wound i dnt know if its an infection bcoz my doctor said he doesnt wanna see anything yellow

I think it's not an infection because most of us got it when getting a circ. But if it's really swollen, you should go have an appointment.

Infection is usually followed by other symptoms as well, redness, pain, foul smell, fever. What I see on the picture doesn't look like an infection to me, as some yellowish liquid is part of healing and no real concern other then rinse it away with warm water, salt bath or chamomile tea to keep it clean. However I am not a doctor and therefore cannot give you medical advice, only my personal opinion which is, it is fine, don't worry about it looks like it is healing well.
