So on my left testicle I have noticed for at least 5 years now that it has some sort of excess skin or whatever it would be called and it is extremely sensitive. The left testicle is around half the size of my right one and I think I may have been kicked by someone when I was younger. Would anyone know what this is? Thanks.

I highly doubt it. Your testicles are not going to be symmetrical, for example my left one hangs down a bit further than my right. It’s perfect normal
