Post circ issue! Guys need your help!

Please let me know if this is how it is supposed to be. It has been 2 months since I got circumcised. The process for me was quite straightforward and easy. I had it done tight and medium to high. Anyways, he didn't cut it quite evenly or stitch it evenly (I am not sure but it's one of those). You can sort of tell from the pics (at least of the back pic). The right side cut goes up higher and my penis gets pulled to the left. It doesn't sit in the middle when it is flaccid as it's tilted to the left and when it is hard it tilts to the left a bit. There's no pain so I am not sure what to think about that. It has been pretty tight when I am hard, and I thought I lost about 1" to 1.5 in" but it appears to be loosening up so that's not the concern as it was before if it eventually loosens up. (is this normal???) I have attached the photos of the scar front and back.

(To note: when I am hard the scar scrunches up and gets really small-- again is that normal?) Is this because it is too tight? There isn't any pain by the way.

Does it look right? It seems it isn't quite fused perfectly but maybe it will be. Or maybe it won't? Can someone share with me if they were in the same position? ANY advice will help.

2 months is still really early days. It can take 6 to 12 months before you will see the finished product. Chill! It looks fine.

Thanks! I appreciate the help. It does really help hearing that. You think it'll still fuse better? Comparing it to others post 2 months it doesn't look fused as well.

Everyone heals differently mate. I had mine done middle January and all is good now. It looks good now and feels great too!

Alright thanks for that mate. Also on the second note, do you think it was done a bit too tight or it'll loosen up? The scar kinda scrunches up as it is pushed up and basically is barely there when I am hard. What is your opinion on that?

Wow. Ours look freakishly similar, I genuinely thought it was a pic of my dick lol.

It looks fine mate. Mine tilts to the lift as well, like it doesn’t sit straight. I guess it’s normal

Mate haha no way! And yeah I guess it is normal. I genuinely thought I was the only one haha. How long has it been since your procedure?

in reply togotfan1

It’s been about 6 weeks since the op. Mine isn’t as healed up as yours, there’s still a small bit of swelling where the frenulum is.

since yours also tilts has it caused you trouble when you walk?

The frenulum swelling goes down a lot. It is a bit sensitive in the beginning but it goes down a ton. Desensitising really helps. I really didn't avoid it.

I would have to agree with you. I needed assurance like that which I appreciate.

Yes, I did lose my frenulum. The frenulum area (now gone) still somehow pulls the head down when I am hard but I think that is just from being pretty tight, and it appears it is loosening up.

I am trying to stretch it out. I am looking more into it, and I think I am making some progress. I shall check back in a month or two.

I also prefer being circumcised by a long shot. Even with it being cut a bit uneven, everything was pretty easy and things are now way better. I am wayyy less sensitive 2 months in. Everything feels much better also. Thanks.

Did you read my post about my frenulum? It was split lengthwise and the area is still wonderfully pleasurable. I'm wondering if it is normal to leave part of it there after a. Circ, or do they usually remove all of it?

Mine was fully removed due to my request, but I think it is normal they at times leave some of it. I always recommend talking to the doctor. He asked me if I wanted to keep mine or cut it off.

The area at first was pretty tight due to his cut but is is loosening up. It isn't pulling it down (although it wasn't pulling it that much down initially, just appeared that way since it was a tight cut and it needed time to loosen. up.

Wow, we both have the same issue. The doctor did not cut evenly and the cut did not heal flat. I also have those lumps where the stitches where. I am 90% sure I am going to get a revison in a few months but going to get it done with skin glue.

I told the doctor to remove my frenulum, Because mine was super short and caused a lot of pain. I also think circumcised penis looks better without it. Going to follow your post see if yours improves. You are maybe 3 weeks ahead of me in healing time.

Wow..! Yeah it is quite unfortunate that is isn't even. There is no pain and it isn't that noticeable. I was constricted in the beginning, but it's loosening up. I have regained a bit more of my size back. I think in another month or two I will be 90-100%. The lumps are slowly going away also.

Yeah the skin blue is a good option I would say. Let me know how the revision goes. I reallyyyyy would like to know how that ends up and how the process was. I am sort of debating on it. Also I agree with the frenulum being removed. It does look better and it is way less sensitive.

From what I've read and seen here and elsewhere, the nature of circumcisions, just like nature itself, is that they'll often be uneven. I can imagine that the doctor is up against soft floppy tissue, blood, and imprecision in general, so if anyone ever comes out with a perfectly symmetrical circumcision, that would be a lucky man indeed. As long as you're not in pain, and can function in the proper ways, you're doing great. Cheers! - Jeremy, Medibation.com
