The answer is not unique, it must depend on the way the patient run and whether he pays attention to his postures.

As there are many exercises prostatitis patients can do to improve symptoms, running is not the only way.

Chronic prostatitis can be cured and patients need to take accurate medical treatment instead of relying on exercises, herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill can cure chronic prostatitis without recurrence.
