I am noticing I’m getting a gut. I’m 29 years old. Is 145 a healthy weight? If not, what would be a good diet plan?

145 sounds fine for your height. My normal weight is around 175-185 pounds and I’m 6’0. Calorie deficit and exercise, mate. There’s a great app that I’ve used for years; MyFitnessPal. Download it and let me know what you think!
